Meet Syam Sundar Pabbathi

Syam Sundar Pabbathi is a practicing Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2016. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from IGNOU and has qualified the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA).

With over a decade of experience in the profession, Syam has developed a multi-disciplinary practice focused on Audit, Assurance, and Financial Advisory. He is committed to continuous professional development and holds specialized Post-Qualification Certificates from ICAI in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD), Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Concurrent Audit of Banks, and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

His professional expertise encompasses a wide range of assurance services, including Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Transfer Pricing Audits. He has significant experience in managing the audit requirements of both Public Limited and Private Limited companies across various industry sectors. Furthermore, he is proficient in evaluating risk frameworks through Internal Financial Control (IFC) audits and Information Systems audits.

In the advisory domain, Syam specializes in the implementation of financial reporting frameworks, specifically Ind AS and IFRS convergence, assisting entities in aligning with global and Indian reporting standards. He also handles Business Valuations for regulatory and transactional purposes.

Additionally, Syam oversees the firm’s compliance practice, managing Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST), MCA and secretarial compliances, and comprehensive bookkeeping and accounts outsourcing services.

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He has over 25 years of vast experience in Bookkeeping and Accounting, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Business Development, and other statutory compliances.

Vijayaraghavan Narayanan – Senior Advisor (Business Strategy and Corporate Finance)

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (United Kingdom).

He has over 22 years of vast experience in Corporate Finance and Taxation, Cost Management, Business Strategy, Audit and Assurance services.
