Meet Syam Sundar Pabbathi

Syam Sundar Pabbathi holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from IGNOU and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2016. He has also qualified DISA from ICAI. He also holds certificates in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection, Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS), Concurrent Audit of Banks and GST from ICAI

He has over 8 years of vast experience in Ind AS and IFRS Implementation, Business Valuations, Statutory Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits, Internal Financial Contol Audits, Tax Audits and GST Audits of various Public Limited and Private Limited Companies, Bookkeeping and accounts outsourcing, Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST), MCA compliances and other statutory compliances.

Pabbathi Venkata Rama Rao – Senior Manager (Accounts and Taxation)

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He has over 25 years of vast experience in Bookkeeping and Accounting, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Business Development, and other statutory compliances.

Vijayaraghavan Narayanan – Senior Advisor (Business Strategy and Corporate Finance)

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (United Kingdom).

He has over 22 years of vast experience in Corporate Finance and Taxation, Cost Management, Business Strategy, Audit and Assurance services.
